TikTok – Royal Elastics Spinning with your kicks contest rules


Offical Rules: No purchase necessary to enter or win

To enter, entrant must share:

A valid public TikTok account (“Social Account”) and internet access are required to enter this Contest. During the Contest Period, @ROYALELASTICSCA @CANADIANTRIES and sponsored Social Account users will post to TikTok that announces this Contest (a “Contest Post”).

During the Contest Period, Entrants must take the following actions to enter:

1.    Create a minimum 15-second high-energy video showing you putting one foot in the air. And balancing your favourite sneaker on the sole of your foot, and rollover 360 degrees without the shoe that you were balancing falling off

2.    Post original, created a video to TikTok

3.    Include the following hashtags in your post: #balancewithRE #contest

4.    Tag @royalelasticsca @canadiantries

5.    Winners will each receive the following: One (1) pair of Royal Elastic sneakers from Royalelastics.ca (approx $150). Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable.

Your Post will be referred to as your “Submission.” By posting your Submission, you agree that it conforms to the guidelines, permissions, and content restrictions below, and that Sponsor may disqualify you if it believes that your Submission fails to conform. Limit: one (1) entry per person per day.

By submitting all items, the entrant automatically confirms that he/she agrees to all official rules. 

Short Rule

Open to Canadian and U.S residents 13+ with parental/legal guardian permission where applicable. Each entry must include the hashtag #balancewithRE #contest. Video Entry Deadline

Deadline to enter is November 15, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time.

Winner Determination

Royal Elastics will select winner(s) from among all entrants who have complied with these Official Contest Rules and the top 100 entrants with the most likes on video win the prize. Any Royal Elastics’s decision with respect to the selection of the potential winner(s) shall be final. Entrants need not be present to win. The potential winner will be notified by email on or about June 11, 2021.

Prize Acceptance

All federal state and local laws and regulations apply. Failure to accept delivery of the prize will constitute forfeiture of such prize. If the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules or if Royal Elastics is unable to contact a selected winner within a reasonable time period following the winner’s selection, the prize will be forfeited and, at Royal Elastics’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected. In consideration of being awarded the prize, winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind, to the use of the winner’s name, voice, picture, and/or likeness in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Royal Elastics.

Contest Video Details

●     Entries can be submitted by an individual or team.

●     Video may be up to 15 seconds or can string up to (4) 15 second TikTok videos.

●     Video must promote good vibe

●     Entrants may use a smart phone to film the video and must be vertical format for TikTok.

●     Videos must be live action or animation, no PowerPoint slides.

●     Videos may not use copyrighted images or music.

●     Multiple video submissions are allowed but only one submission per entrant may win a prize.

●     Videos must not infringe the privacy or personality rights of any person or deceased person.

●     Students must comply with the Terms of Service of TikTok, which provides that in order to access or use the services the person must be 13 years or older, cannot make available material which is defamatory to any person, obscene, offensive, pornographic, hateful, racist, discriminatory, or inflammatory: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service?lang=en

Indemnity

Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and holds harmless and indemnifies Royal Elastics and TikTok, and each of their directors, officers, employees, or agents, against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising from either the entrant’s participation or the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in this Contest.
